Progression Opportunities.

  • Stage 1

    We will provide you product coaching and full mentoring to enable you to learn the first steps into becoming a Brand Ambassador. This coaching tends to last around 6 days.

  • Stage 2

    You will become more independent as you become more confident with the basic sales skills you will then learn some more advanced techniques such as selling to different customers, working to a system, problem solving etc. 

  • Stage 3

    For those looking to progress you will now start receiving extra coaching and responsibilities, transforming into a mentor and helping support new BA's who join the team

  • Stage 4

    This is the opportunity to start overseeing the team- everything from setting goals & coaching through to social events. You will become more influential in a leadership capacity

  • Stage 5

    You will learn the back end of how a business runs, this included administration, finance, operations and processes. You will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the business and learning all the necessary skills to go on and run a profitable company

  • Stage 6

    You will put into practice all of the skills you have learnt along the journey to maximize your potential and become a profitable business owner.
